1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 7–14 days of delivery (depending on your location and product type), provided the following conditions are met:
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- Item must be in original packaging with tags still attached.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
- Certain items such as personal care products, undergarments, customized or final sale items are non-returnable.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please follow these steps:
- Email us at support@eshopio.com or use the contact form on our website.
- Mention your Order Number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason.
- Wait for our team to approve your return and provide the return shipping address.
Note: Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake or defect on our part.
3. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- If the original payment method is not available, store credit may be issued.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at support@eshopio.com with photos of the issue.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the item(s).
- We will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund depending on the situation.
6. Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Downloadable digital products
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
